Common questions
Camera not working
Check Settings → Privacy & Security → Camera → enable BeatBoss. Fully quit and reopen the App.
Squats not counting
Stand where your full body is visible, complete calibration, and ensure good lighting. Framing hints appear in the App.
Restore purchases
If the App offers subscriptions: use the in-app “Restore” control if present, or iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
What to tell us in a bug report
- iPhone model and iOS version
- App version (Settings in App or App Store listing)
- Steps to reproduce and, if possible, a short screen recording
